Bob loves Frozen and she was delighted to receive the Disney Little Kingdom – Elsa’s Frozen Castle to review!
It arrived when Bow and I were ill and it was the perfect treat for her! She was so grown up and very helpful when we were unwell and it was lovely to be able to spoil her.
When she opened her surprise package she gasped! She was so excited and couldn’t wait to play with it!
The play set comes with stickers that you apply. Bob asked me to stick them on but I think she would have been able to manage it.
I was surprised by how many features this play set has. Elsa comes with a change of clothes and each outfit has a top, a skirt and a cape. Bob loved changing Elsa from her coronation outfit into her ice queen dress (see video). There are also some little snowflakes snap ins that you can decorate the dresses with. Bob soon learned that she could also put a snowflake in Elsa’s hair, instead of her tiara.
There are also lots of changeable features in the castle. The bed spins around so the it is there one minute and not the next. The Windows also rotate and once you have applied the Anna, Olaf and Sven stickers you can decide whether you would like them in the castle or outside.
There is an ice thrown for Elsa to sit on and, when the seat is pressed, ice shoots out of the top. I love Bob’s description of this on the video!
Watching this video has made me realise that we need to be more organised with our filming. We need to tidy up, change Bob out of her school uniform and stop Sally walking across the set. 🙂
