Don’t panic, I am not pregnant again! 🙂 I am just catching up and giving myself a chance to get over the trauma of childbirth before writing about it.
35 weeks pregnant – Our baby is the size of a honeydew melon
Bob loves melon! Watermelon is her favourite but honeydew is a close second so we had no problem getting her to taste this week’s fruit. If only all the tasting sessions were so enjoyable. On second thoughts, I wouldn’t have all the comedy photos if they were! 🙂
Different websites sometimes use different fruit for each week. I found that some used honeydew for 34 weeks and some used it for 35. I put the fruit and vegetables in size order and honeydew made the most sense for this week.
At 35 weeks our baby is starting to fill out and he will gain about half a pound a week in weight.
Also at 35 weeks pregnant my uterus is approximately 1,000 times it’s original size!

I remember doing this! Everytime I was near fruit and veg I would pick up which it was and try to imagine the baby. It really started scaring me in my later weeks as they seemed so huge!
They do get scarily big and heavy! x
I remember getting to the end and going to fruits and vegetables like watermelons and pumpkins- it was terrifying hahah xx
I know! Luckily he was born before I got to the pumpkin. I managed to find a cute little pumpkin hat for that photo. x
Oh wow baby is certainly getting big, its odd to visualise them in size like this. x
I love reading these comparison posts, baby is the size of a pea and so on, so cute x
Eeeeek!
How exciting – Its flying by Charlotte 😀 I can’t even comprehend having a melon in my belly LOL
I hope you’re all well.
