Every year we send photo Christmas cards to our family and close friends. The photo is usually Bob dressed up in a Christmassy costume. Here are the photos we have used in the past.
1st Christmas
2nd Christmas
3rd Christmas
I was planning to send a photo card this year but I hadn’t got around to organising anything.
When I was contacted by Minted to ask if I would like to review some of there products their huge range of photo Christmas cards caught my eye. There were so many to choose from and I couldn’t wait to start making our card.
They sell many other lovely products and I was tempted to get a gorgeous sign for Bob’s room but, with Christmas sneaking up on me, I knew I had to be sensible and order our cards instead.
The Minted website was easy to use and my photos uploaded quickly. I hate having to wait forever for photos to upload when I am creating things online.
I decided to use the photo of Bob, dressed as Elsa, singing ‘Let It Go’. I wanted the card to say, ‘Let It Snow, let it snow!’ 🙂
There were many designs to choose from and I managed to find a lovely snowy card that was perfect. It even said ‘Let It Snow’ on it already. I added the extra lyrics. 🙂
I loved the fact that you could add up to 12 extra photos inside the card. This made them even more special!
I also thought it was good that you had an option to enter lots of text on the inside of the card. I didn’t do this as I prefer to write my cards but it is useful to have a time saving option.
You can also choose envelope colour & liners for an extra cost. I opted for silver envelopes as I thought these would complement the card.
When they arrived they were wonderful! I loved them and I think that Bob liked them too.
I also loved Minted’s attention to detail. The cards were tied together with a ribbon and there was a little note on them saying that they had be produced by Danny for me. They also sent liners to prevent your card getting damaged.
Bob and I started writing our cards to our family and friends. We have not posted them yet so I am sorry if this has ruined the surprise!
Disclaimer: We were sent the cards free of charge for the purpose of this review but all opinions and photographs are our own.
