Fun Party Dresses for Busy Mums

As you all know, I love a party, especially organising them. I love choosing a theme, working out what food to serve, how to decorate the room and what activities to include. Like many mums I tend to get wrapped up in sorting everything out for the Bob and Bow and end up leaving getting myself ready to the last minute. I once forgot to take my coat out with us when it was freezing but at least I had a sticker book. Working From Home Has It's Benefits

I feel very fortunate about the places that I have worked. The majority of my jobs have been in nurseries and schools which were great to work in. When I was younger I had various jobs in shops and pubs and I have never had a problem with any of those either. Apparently this is not the case for many people in the U.K. After reading an infographic (which I have attached at the end of this post) I was [click here to read on]

Useful Uniforms

Since Bob started school I have see her in her uniform more than anything else. She is not a fan of getting changed when she gets home so she usually wears her school uniform until bathtime. The only time she wears her ‘own clothes’ is at the weekend or in the school holidays. I like Bob’s school uniform. I love the colour grey and I have found some gorgeous pinafore dresses in George. They are very classic looking and I [click here to read on]

Rediscovering My Love Of Blogging

My blog posts have been here, there and everywhere and I wasn’t sure what I wanted to write about. It wasn’t that I was short of material. I have 100’s [click here to read on]

Snowman Splat Biscuits

Last Christmas our friends came to visit. We had a wonderful fun filled day! The children enjoyed making Snowman Splat Biscuits. I got the idea for these from Pinterest and I couldn’t wait to try making our own! We baked some biscuits and then decorated them with marshmallow fluff, marshmallows, writing icing and sprinkles. I was going to use icing for the melted snow part of the biscuit. Then, whilst I was shopping, I found a jar of marshmallow fluff [click here to read on]

Electric Jukebox Review

In our house we all love music. Even Bow! The minute the music starts to play he starts clapping his hands and bobbing up and down. Bob loves music too and she also loves dancing! It has been a long time since I have been able to watch Strictly Come Dancing as Bob insists that I watch her dance instead. Until recently I hadn’t heard of Electric Jukebox. It is a device that allows you to turn your television into [click here to read on]
