We have lots of lovely things planned for the Easter holidays! Unfortunately Michael will be working most of the days but we are planning many fun activities with family and friends.
As I used to work in a school, many of my friends have school holidays so this is when we normally meet up. Michael is off the first Tuesday so I am going to allow him and Bob to have some father/daughter bonding time and sneak off with my friend for shopping and cake. 🙂
Don’t worry, I still have lots of things planned for Bob too! We are planning a trip to Eureka Children’s Museum with my friend and her children. We used to pass it regularly on our travels from Nottinghamshire to Burnley and I have always wanted to take Bob. It looks amazing!
We are also going to an Easter Extravaganza at Blackpool Tower with my parents and my nephew. I think Bob will love that as Jungle Jim (a giant orangutan) will be running the event.
I need to arrange to do something with my sister as she also works in a school and the holidays are a perfect time to meet up. I haven’t mentioned anything to her yet so if you are reading this Emma, what should we do? 🙂
My husband has bought Bob an egg and spoon set which we will have lots of fun with! Last year we used real eggs which was quite risky. 🙂
I am also planning an Easter egg hunt, lots of Easter crafting and time to sit and eat Easter eggs!
We can’t wait!
Unfortunately not everyone is as lucky as we are. There are some people who dread the holidays and many that don’t have family and friends to share them with. There are also those that are struggling with long term health problems and for others issues develop around special occasions. It is thought that people realise that they have hearing problems around family gatherings such as Easter.
I wish that everyone, wherever they are can have a lovely Easter!

We will do something definitely, how about Hebden Bridge for the charity shops 🙂
Oooo! Good idea! Hebden Bridge is supposed to be lovely to look around. xxx
