I thought that I would show you some of my creations. I will show them to you in chronological order then, hopefully, you will be able to see how I improve. ;o)

I’ll start with a Christmas cake that my husband and I made in 2009. To say he has never made anything before, I think he did really well. He made the Snowman and the Igloo.

The following year I was asked to make some cupcakes for my brother in laws wedding. My friend helped me as they wanted 100 and I wanted them to be as fresh as possible.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Later that year I made my friend a cake for her 30th. I do’t have a picture of the finished cake but I do have some of the icing figures.

Then came some more cupcakes for my friends wedding. These are very exciting! Is it a cupcake? Is it an Ice Cream? There is no need to decide!!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here is where I think my cake decorating classes started to pay off. I have still got a long way to go but I am quite proud of the cakes that follow.
