When House Of Fraser asked me to share my thoughts on their Menswear Spring/Summer collection 2015 I panicked slightly as I knew that it would mean involving my husband. You may remember the last time I took Michael shopping. Although it ended well it didn’t start out that way.
I am hoping that the more shopping he does the more he will enjoy it. I remember countless trips to Meadowhall when Michael was only happy if we were stopping for a coffee every 20 minutes.
Now that we live in Skipton we have a House of Fraser on the high street so I thought the shopping experience would be much less stressful for him than a trip to Meadowhall.
Unfortunately He was not in a ‘shop ’till you drop’ frame of mind. Bob and I found lots of lovely items for him but his heart wasn’t in it and he couldn’t be bothered to try anything on! Men! If I am getting new clothes I will happily spend hours in the changing room!
In the end he choose a gorgeous Armani shirt. He was really pleased with it but, unfortunately, when he finally tried it on at home it didn’t fit. I tried very hard not to shout, ‘I told you so!’
He now wishes that he had tried it on in the store as he now has to go shopping again. 🙂
Bob and I had a lovely time looking at the collection. She definitely takes after me in that department. Here are our favourites.
